Introduction 

EXCEL CoolCoat is a sun reflective paint which has the highest SRI (solar reflective index) value of 122  that ensures high reflectivity and good reduction in temperature. The CoolCoat application procedure is very easy and any normal painter can do it. Also, the paint is lab tested and proven to repel heat.

How do you apply cool paint to a roof

Scrub and clean the surface with water to clear the dirt, loose particles and dust completely

Wash the surface completely and let it dry. No stagnation of water should be there 

Stir the coating in the container thoroughly. [add water as per requirement (approx. 20% - 25%), no primer required]

Apply the first coat of Heat Reflective Paint with brush / roller/spray gun

Allow the surface to dry for 3 to 4 hours. (until completely dry)

Then apply the second coat and allow it to dry for 48 hours
